Cleaning up the Enamel

After cutting the strips to length, the strips are sanded to clean up charing from flaming and flatten the enamel side to begin tapering the strips. There's a piece of plexiglas glued to the bottom of the sanding block so the sandpaper will cut a flat enamel surface.
