Sealing the Blued Ferrules

I've started sealing my blued ferrules with Nyalic. I ran across this stuff in discussions on the rod makers list. It was originally designed for the space shuttle program. It's a very hard clear sealer for metal. I don't think there's a distributor in the US. I had to order it directly from the manufacturer in Atlanta. Seems to hold up just fine.
